Last March 15, we performed the official launch of the North Shopping Parangaba at Buffet La Maison, an important local of Fortaleza.This venture is a partnership effort of Ancar Ivanhoe Shopping Centers, Grupo North Empreendimentos Brasil and Diagonal, with an initial investment from R$ 240 million. The work is already underway and the opening will be on October 31, 2013
