Our social strategy is built on two complementary fronts: private social investment, through which we allocate resources and closely monitor the development of projects based on impact indicators; and volunteering, where our commitment is transformed into action.

Rede Cruzada
(Nova América Shopping)
A partnership focused on citizenship and the future.
Rede Cruzada, a century-old educational institution, is our partner in managing the “Plantando o Amanhã” project at Nova América Shopping. Together, we promote activities that encourage critical thinking and future perspectives for children and teenagers in the surrounding community, combining sports, professional education, and civic development.
Santa Marcelina Nursery

A commitment that began alongside the shopping center.
Since 2008, even before the opening of Porto Velho Shopping, we have been committed to supporting Santa Marcelina Daycare Center. We are proud to contribute to its important work in literacy and the holistic development of children aged 1 to 3, helping shape conscious, creative individuals prepared to embrace the challenges of the future.
Horizontes Program
In partnership with Espro (Social Education for Work), we created the Horizontes Program, a powerful initiative focused on youth training and inclusion in the job market.
More than developing technical skills, the program encourages critical thinking and personal growth, opening doors and building new futures.

Ibiacy PAN Project
An initiative that promotes health, environmental education, and sustainability.
Launched in 2022, the Ibiacy PAN Project connects children, young people, and seniors with the cultivation of organic vegetables in schools and community institutions. More than growing food, the project engages the community, empowering people to become agents of local transformation and ambassadors for a greener future.
Support Through Tax Incentives
We strategically allocate our resources to maximize impact. Through tax incentive laws (such as the Rouanet Law, Sports Incentive Law, Child and Adolescent Funds – FIA, and Elderly Funds), we direct part of our taxes to social projects aligned with our strategy and purpose, expanding opportunities for meaningful transformation.
